Intrim Health and Fitness Club has been established for over 24 years. We are situated in the heart of Ripon city centre, looking over the market square. The gym comprises of a full set of C.V equipment, boasts the largest free weight section in the area, resistance machines, and benches. There is a finnish sauna, male and female changing rooms, showers and V.T.U.

Programmes are written to suit your specific needs, with no added charge. Flexible payment options, costing from as little as £4.24 a week. Non members welcome. Qualified male and female fitness instructors.

Hours of Business

Mon - Fri : 0800hrs - 2100hrs. Sat 1000hrs - 1600hrs. Sun 1200hrs - 1400hrs
